Sildaru beat Norwegian skier Tiril Sjåstad Christiansen at the slopestyle event in the 2016 Winter X Games. She was only 13 years old at the time. This also made her the youngest member to win a gold medal at the Winter X Games event.
Kelly won Dew Tour’s women slopestyle’s 2015 and 2016 events.
Sildaru was the first woman to ever land a Switch 1260° Mute and a 1440° at the Big Air competition of the 2017 Winter X Games Norway.
She has a dog named Kira.
